ARTCO’S 5-YEAR NO-CHARGE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Our warranty covers all costs, including freight for repair or replacement of issues related to manufacturing defects. If nothing has happened in five years, it won’t happen in the future.

STRONG FIELD SUPPORT FOR PROJECT STARTUPS

Typically, an Artco technician will be available to advise during the startup period, as well as any subsequent needs for any major installation.

Internal, local staff members will deal with your service requests in the most efficient manner possible.

Replacement parts are available directly from Artco when needed.

Site training and support materials are available as needed for the ongoing maintenance of the beautiful Artco wood finishes.

PREMIUM HEAVY-DUTY MECHANICAL HARDWARE TO ENSURE YEARS OF TROUBLE-FREE SERVICE

• Artco uses heavy-duty “soft-close” drawer slides.
• We install self-closing and easy-adjusting door hinges.
• We apply heavy-duty levelers on all major items.
• On smaller items, we use non-rusting nylon glides.
